We're seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wisconsin State Gov. In this key role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our mechanical systems, which are critical to our daily operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and following maintenance schedules and instructions, performing repairs on various mechanical systems, including HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, doors, and locks. Additionally, you'll conduct grounds maintenance and perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on all mechanical equipment.
As a skilled technician, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and develop effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
