As part of the Subway® Team, you, as a Restaurant General Manager, will focus on eight main things :

PREREQUISITES
Education : High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical : Ability to work any restaurant area as needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
