Job Title : Bilingual Japanese PM

Location : Plano, Texas

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and levels to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Progress Reporting : Provide regular updates to upper management and stakeholders, communicating project status, challenges, and successes.
• Cultural Facilitation : Act as a cultural bridge between Japanese and U.S. teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and understanding.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

Skills :

Certifications : PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Other Requirements : Willingness to travel intermittently for project-related activities, including international travel as required.
