What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Trainer position at Wisdom Works & Consulting L.L.C?
Overview
We are in need of Company Trainers for our workforce development program and other departments. Were a nonprofit organization that focuses on Community Advancement. In this position you will train, occasionally manage and oversee up to 50 participants. Patience and the ability to multitask is necessary. You will work and occasionally oversee different sites we use for training. Depending on the type of training you do you may also have to evaluate different departments and make sure that standards are met. You may even be asked to do office work and travel to help expand our mission. Pay is typically $60 per day with plenty of overtime. You typically work 2 to 3 days a week. We have flexible scheduling but you can work more if you want. We have plenty of work, this can be part-time and or full-time, that decision is up to you.
