What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Wisdom Works & Consulting L.L.C?
We are in need of workforce leadership for our programming. Were a nonprofit organization that focuses on workforce development. In this position you & our current managers will manage and oversee up to 50 participants. Patience and the ability to multitask is necessary. You will work with our management team and oversee different sites we use for training. You may even be asked to do office work and travel to help expand our mission. Pay is typically $60 per day which is $300 with plenty of overtime. You typically work 4 to 5 days a week. Flexible work hours and days . We have more if you want. Also were a nonprofit the pay is considered a stipend were not held to a standard of a LLC hourly gig.
