We are expanding our wellness services to include medical weight loss (GLP-1s), hormone optimization (BioTE pellet therapy), IV therapy, and vitamin injections.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead our wellness program. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader who is passionate about patient-centered care and wants to play a key role in building and expanding an innovative aesthetics and wellness practice.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for leading and growing the wellness division at Wise Aesthetics. This role requires strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to implement and refine clinical protocols for GLP-1 weight loss, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and vitamin injections.
Candidates with experience in larger clinics and/or hospital environments are highly preferred, as we seek someone comfortable managing multiple patients, optimizing workflows, and driving practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Grow the Wellness Practice – Oversee the development and expansion of the medical wellness program, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
- Entrepreneurial Strategy – Identify opportunities for service expansion, optimize operational efficiencies, and help drive revenue growth within the wellness division.
- Patient Consultations & Treatment Plans – Conduct in-depth health assessments, order and review lab work, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s) – Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 receptor agonists (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) while incorporating lifestyle and nutritional counseling.
- Hormone Optimization – Administer and manage BioTE pellet therapy, ensuring proper patient evaluation and dosing.
- IV & Vitamin Therapy – Oversee and administer IV infusions and vitamin injections, ensuring safety, efficacy, and a superior patient experience.
- Patient Education & Relationship Building – Provide expert guidance on long-term wellness strategies, fostering strong patient engagement and retention.
- Collaboration & Compliance – Work closely with the medical director and clinical team to maintain best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership – Support and train staff in wellness services, fostering a culture of education, excellence, and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license (NP-C) in the state of Indiana, with prescriptive authority.
- Certifications: DEA license (or ability to obtain), BioTE certification preferred (or willingness to complete training).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in larger clinic settings or hospital environments as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a medical or wellness setting.
- Strong background in weight management, hormone therapy, or integrative medicine.
- Proficiency in IV therapy administration.
- Experience in aesthetics is a plus but not required.
