Job Description:
Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound and outbound communications to drive sales opportunities and enhance the dealership’s customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide prompt, professional, and engaging responses to customer inquiries.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and optimize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support dealership promotions and customer outreach efforts.
- Perform outbound calls and email campaigns to engage potential customers and drive showroom traffic.
- Stay up-to-date on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Assist with special events, dealership campaigns, and community outreach efforts to attract new customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
