Position: Parts & Accessories Associate
Are you passionate about motorcycles and helping customers enhance their riding experience? Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for a motivated Parts & Accessories Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right parts, accessories, and gear to personalize and maintain their Harley-Davidson bikes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail, customer service, or in a similar parts and accessories environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong passion for motorcycles and Harley-Davidson products.
- Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is helpful, but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach to service.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on products, trends, and promotions.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts, accessories, and gear for their motorcycles.
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked parts department, ensuring everything is easily accessible.
- Help process orders, shipments, and returns.
- Provide expert recommendations based on customer needs and riding preferences.
- Stay knowledgeable about new products, promotions, and Harley-Davidson gear.
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
