Pay: $16.00/hr-$19.00/hr
Golden State Nissan is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Dealership Location. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will need to have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional manner and assist them with their requests.
- Treat all customers with courtesy and respect.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Support the sales department by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Able to carefully deal with confidential information.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
