Position Overview:
As a 1099 Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing various field-related tasks, primarily involving the inspection, assessment, and documentation of property inspections. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of property damage.
- Collect and document evidence, photographs, and other necessary information to support storm damages.
- Communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the insurance or property inspection field preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to carry 32' ladder.
- Ability to safely climb and walk steep and tall roofs.
