Here is what we have to offer you:
- You will be trained on how to transform floors in garages, basements, warehouses, etc. Floor coatings experience is required for this Lead position.
- You will be trained in the art of our floor coatings, safety and customer service. Our training programs will get you up to speed quickly. It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company. Lead installers should already have some previous experience in resinous flooring.
- You will be trained in our company culture so you can become a positive influence on your team mates, and our team can influence you and help you succeed at work and in your personal life.
- You will start as a senior field technician and can quickly be promoted to performance pay, where you can earn as much as $30-40/hr.
The basic requirements for this job are as follows:
- You have previous experience with epoxy floor coating and floor coating preparation.
- You have previous experience with polished concrete and other decorative concrete applications.
- You are in good physical shape, and able to move around easily and at a fast pace (our products cure fast)
- You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a positive attitude.
The best of our technicians will rapidly graduate to a coveted Crew Leader position. Crew Leaders consistently earn over $25-40/hour and have access to other awesome perks. Our Crew Leaders are just that: LEADERS. They love their jobs, they love training their technicians, they love serving our customers. They love this company. They work very hard but get to work outside almost every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
With experience, we may be able to start you at the full position of Crew Leader.
Top performers can reach Crew Leader status very quickly.
