Job Details:

Full time 30-33 hours per week

Weekdays (no weekends)

Must be available these hours:

Monday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday 8:45 am - 7:00 pm

Wednesday 8:45 am - 1:00 pm (half day)

Thursday 8:45 am - 7:00 pm

Friday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm

We have a 2 hour lunch break each day from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Salary:

$13- $14 starting based on experience

Qualifications:

Medical/ Holistic- 1 year (strongly preferred)

Office/ Administration- 1 year (strongly preferred)

Customer service- 1 year (required)

We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of chiropractic assistant in a modern chiropractic office. Main Job Duties:

- Directing patients throughout the office

- Performing patient’s therapy

- Performing exercises with patients

- Educating patients on importance of chiropractic care

There will be more duties assigned as determined by management according to what team(s) you are assigned upon hire.

Qualities candidate must possess:

- strong organizational skills, attention to detail

- excellent people skills: friendly and engaging with patients- this is not a typical medical office environment. We tend to see our patients weekly so building relationships is important.

- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- there is very little sitting involved in this job so being able to stand, squat and bend during the entire shift is vital. A positive attitude will serve you well!

- ability to multi-task and switch-task easily: the environment we work in can be challenging at times and being a problem solver with good critical thinking skills are necessary

- self-motivated: quick learner and open to continued training and coaching

- DEPENDABILITY!! We are a small practice and your role will be vital to the success of the office and your ability to advance will depend highly on your own motivation and dependability.

- Hold a strong belief in Chiropractic and Holistic Wellness: you don't have to have experience with chiropractic at all but an interest in it and natural/ holistic wellness is important

Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand/ walk majority of the day

- Performing therapies on patients

- Providing support as patients lift or lower themselves
