Ideal candidate should have the following:
Team Lead
- Valid Driver's license/ ID
- Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment
- Able to walk long distances
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to manage 2-4 team members in crew
- Clear communication skills
- Able to operate heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Able to identify weeds
- Flexible
- Willing to learn and grow
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Takes ownership of routes and crew's assignments
- Problem solver
- Customer service skills

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Commerical Lawn Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
