Job Summary
A commercial driver with a CDL is required to operate a large truck equipped with a front-loading mechanism. The driver will collect waste from residential and commercial customers along designated routes while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a front-end loader truck on assigned routes
- Interact professionally with customers addressing concerns regarding waste collection
- Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections to check for mechanical issues, fluid levels, and safety equipment functionality
- Properly lift and empty waste containers into the truck identifying and reporting any issues with containers or waste materials
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
Salary Information:
- Non-CDL positions: $13-$16 per hour
- CDL A or B positions: $17-$22 per hour
