Our independent financial advisory firm is expanding, and we are looking to bring on five qualified candidates at our Clifton Park office. Successful applicants will work directly alongside our Sr. Financial Representatives in a fiduciary capacity to drive client acquisition and implement financial planning strategies for individuals and business owners alike.

Compensation:
This lucrative career track is primarily commission-driven with bonuses. For reference, our Financial Representatives earn an average of $55,000 in their first year.

INCOME GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:

Average Compensation vs Top 25%

Year 1 | $55,000 - $99,000

Year 3 | $100,000 - $199,000

Year 5 | $150,000 - $250,000

Year 10 | $250,000

Other considerations include:

• Individuals holding active Life Insurance and/or Securities licenses will be promptly considered
• Aggressive "transfer program" for existing licensed advisors looking for an Immediate Increase to existing trail compensation. May include (but not limited to): High GDC grid payouts, Upfront Transfer Bonuses, Paid Office Space & Technology costs, etc...

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Some experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
• Familiarity with customer service and marketing principles
