Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Administrator to oversee the operations of our Indiana Home health Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the home health division, including staff management, budgeting, and resident care
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related toHome Health companies.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
Coordinate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to meet patients needs
Manage admissions, discharges, and overall patients well-being
Handle financial aspects such as billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
Skills
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and operations
Knowledge of medication administration and long-term care practices
Experience in home care or group home management
Understanding of patients rights and social work principles
Background in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred
Qualifications
RN Licensure in IN and / or compact licensure
Home Health experience preferred.
