Job Summary:
The Administrator of Non-Skilled Home Health Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the non-skilled home health services division for Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the non-skilled home health services division.
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff, including home health aides and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor performance and conduct regular performance reviews for staff.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of care.
