Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Administrator to oversee the operations of our Indiana Home health Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality care to patients.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the home health division, including staff management, budgeting, and resident careEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations related toHome Health companies.Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of careCoordinate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to meet patients needsManage admissions, discharges, and overall patients well-beingHandle financial aspects such as billing, budgeting, and financial reportingSkillsStrong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and operationsKnowledge of medication administration and long-term care practicesExperience in home care or group home managementUnderstanding of patients rights and social work principlesBackground in nursing or healthcare administration is preferredQualificationsRN Licensure in IN and / or compact licensureHome Health experience preferred.
