The Scheduling Coordinator under the supervision of the Department Manager assists with the labor management process in the center based on established daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly routines to ensure employee and facility satisfaction. They must have the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines; be accurate, concise and detail-oriented; and able to operate a personal computer.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain a current listing of employee contact numbers for call-in.
- Develop / post work schedules per facility standards / client standards in advance.
- Notify Staffing Manager of short staffing situations.
- Contact replacement personnel and modify schedule when required.
- Coordinate with DON / HHC to secure contract labor when necessary.
- Coordinate time-off requests with the DON / HHC.
- Maintain records of employees who miss shifts; produce reports.
- Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state / federal laws
- Maintains center coverage at all times. Reviews and tracks requests for time off. Coordinates scheduling changes with management.
