Job Description :
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Travel LPNs to join our team for contract positions in Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities across multiple states. This is a fantastic opportunity for LPNs who enjoy traveling and want to make an impact in diverse healthcare settings. As a Travel LPN, you will provide essential care and support to patients in LTC facilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities :
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans
Provide wound care and other nursing procedures
Educate patients and their families about care plans and health maintenance
Record patient information and document care provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Adhere to state regulations and facility policies
Requirements :
Current and active LPN license
Minimum of 1 years of experience in long-term care or a similar setting
Ability to travel and work in various states
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
CPR certification (preferred)
Ability to provide references from previous employers
