Shifts: 12-Hour Shifts (Day/Night - PRN)

Your Role:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to terminally ill patients in their final days.
• Collaborate closely with hospice teams, families, and facility staff to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Monitor and manage pain and symptoms with empathy and clinical expertise.
• Provide emotional support to both patients and their loved ones.
• Document all care accurately in compliance with state and facility guidelines.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Florida or Compact Lic.
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or end-of-life care experience required.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a facility-based setting.
• Compassionate, calm under pressure, and skilled in pain and symptom management.
