About Us
Wise Pool & Spa Service, Inc. is a full service pool company serving the Southern Maryland area. We are looking to fill the position of Pool Service Technician Apprentice.
Summary of Responsibilities
- General maintenance of pools
- Use of small tools
- Pool openings/closings
- Removing leaves/other debris from pool water
- Vacuuming sides/bottom of pool
- Folding/unfolding/cleaning/storing winter pool covers
- Assisting Service Technician in lifting of heavy objects
- Carrying equipment/tools to service area
- Managing/tracking/restocking parts/chemicals used on jobsites
- Maintaining an organized work area
- Collects all trash/tools/other materials before leaving jobsites
- Maintaining clean/neat service truck
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Valid Maryland driver's license with a clean driving record
- Your own transportation to/from work
- A professional well-groomed appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of small tools
- Effective organizational skills
- Team player
- Self-managing skills
- Excellent health
- Capable of climbing/kneeling/squatting on a regular basis

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
