Job Description :
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting and ensuring all required details are captured and transitioned to Development team for designing and implementing applications that improve business processes and operations. You will gather and document requirements, perform system analysis, develop specifications and create solutions that satisfy the needs of business stakeholders. You will ensure that technology solutions meet the business's needs and help achieve the company's goals. You will work with different departments to understand their requirements, and then translate those requirements into functional and technical specifications for developers and engineers.
Responsibilities :
- High level understanding of Core Java, CCM frameworks, JIRA, RALLY
- Collaborating with the business and IT teams to identify and understand process and system requirements
- Creating and analyzing business and technical documents, such as use cases, requirements, and functional specifications
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather information and communicate solutions
- Evaluating and recommending new or improved systems and technologies
- Coordinating with Test Managers and Testing team to validate the test scripts and plans to ensure 100% test coverage
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues and providing support to end-users
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conducting training sessions and creating user manuals to support end-user adoption of new systems and technologies.
