About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Product Managers and Project Managers to lead initiatives in RFID Inventory Tracking. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with modern technology stacks, launching 0-to-1 products, and achieving quantifiable outcomes.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with expertise in RFID hardware and software applications, large-scale real-time data systems, and applied data science.
- Overall 10 years of experience required
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for RFID inventory tracking solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver user-friendly, data-driven solutions.
- Leverage applied data science to build predictive models and optimize inventory tracking.
- Integrate multiple applications to create seamless end-to-end RFID solutions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the product's performance and impact.
- Plan, execute, and oversee RFID inventory tracking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships to align hardware and software deliverables with project goals.
- Oversee operations management, ensuring smooth project workflows and resource allocation.
- Handle large-scale real-time data applications and integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve risks effectively.
- Strong understanding of user experience and design principles.
