Job Description :
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive product vision for FMCG or similar industries while identifying growth opportunities in emerging technologies, including AI / ML.
- Develop strategies to incorporate Computer Vision and AI / ML technologies to enhance product functionality.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer pain points.
- Leverage customer insights to prioritize product features and ensure market relevance.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and launch.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and align priorities.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on product objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success, including user adoption, retention, and ROI.
- Continuously analyze product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Work within Agile / Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient and iterative product development.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements to development teams.
- Champion a customer-first mindset by gathering and incorporating customer feedback into product design.
- Ensure all product features address real customer problems and provide measurable business value.
