Designation: Onbase Production Support SME
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Remote)
Experience: 6 years
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in OnBase development, administration, and support.
- Strong expertise in OnBase Workflow, WorkView, Unity API, and DIP (Document Import Processor). (Any 2 is fine)
- Experience in debugging OnBase-related issues and resolving incidents in a production environment.
- Exposure to insurance workflows, claims processing, and document management (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Develop, configure, and enhance OnBase solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring system stability and incident resolution.
- Debug and troubleshoot OnBase workflows, scripts, and API integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Optimize OnBase configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and resolve system issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and support procedures
