Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Years
Must Have Skills:
- ASCP Cloud
- Functional resource experienced in demand planning IBP processes.
- Experienced with oracle cloud Demantra implementations Will lead design and delivery of solutions for demand planning, IBP and supply disaggregation processes
Nice to have skills:
- Understanding of project management methodologies (including experience with agile)
Detailed Job Description:
- Functional resource experienced in demand planning /IBP processes.
- Experienced with oracle cloud/Demantra implementations.
- Will lead design and delivery of solutions for demand planning, IBP and supply disaggregation processes.
- Experienced with business requirements analysis and elicitation.
- Experienced with business process design transformation, process documentation, and change management.
- Experienced with creating training content and delivering training.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to lead root cause analysis and problem-solving during design, development, and testing of solutions.
- Support deployments for multiple time zones (India, China, UK, NA)
- Understanding of project management methodologies (including experience with agile).
- Familiarity with Supply Chain planning processes such as Master Scheduling, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Supplier Scheduling, and Inventory management.
