Responsibilities
- Assist current lead Program & Product Manager(s) on helping management of multiple existing work streams on large scale project(s)
- Understand analyze & document business process workflow diagrams, both as-is and to-be and drive overall business analysis with multiple stakeholders
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, from high level sometimes ambiguous epics
- Manage backlog & release roadmap for multiple cross functional applications, working with engineers & business
- Prepare & maintain comprehensive project plans that details all pre-agreed milestones and dependencies & lead the project independently
- Own User Acceptance testing end-end - writing test scripts, co-ordinating schedules with geos & technical teams, facilitate triage calls, obtain sign-off & rollout
- Manage and upkeep of cross functional project plans, BRDs, Test Scripts and other project documents (Full project knowledge-base).
- Assist with project management office aspects as determined by the Program Lead (i.e. various presentations, project status reports, production support etc)
- Manage communications with geos, WW & IT & arrive at common solution
- Ensure that all project deliverables are diligently tracked and managed while meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Tracking and managing project risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
- Multi-task numerous projects and/or requirements concurrently and communicate effectively and drive all project tasks when required
- Apply critical thinking to identify potential issues that will impact the progress and proactively address the issues
- 6 years of experience in business analysis & user focussed product management
- Experience in managing cross functional project roadmaps
- Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working with both technology & business teams in high pressure and results-driven environment
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
- 5 years of experience on technology focused projects around customer facing application deployment and/or complex mobile app development.
- Experienced in waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid program management methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of product development process and life cycle management
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated sharp learning curve on technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software engineering is a plus
- Experience with data analysis is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMI/PMP certification preferred
- Agile certification preferred
