Responsibilities
- Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to efficiently deliver projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress using metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Server, Primavera, and Jira, for effective planning, control, and defect tracking.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial.
- Experience leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of SCADA projects, adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Experience managing large-scale vendor application rollouts for utilities.
- Proficiency in managing IT security project is helpful.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with standards such as NAESB is advantageous.
- Use of MS Project or similar program.
- A minimum of six years of experience in IT or related fields, including at least two years in a senior technical or leadership role, is required.
