Billing Clerk
Location: Berwick, PA- On-Site
Wise Foods is currently seeking a Billing Clerk. This person will invoice or credit our distributors and chain accounts correctly. This role also involves working closely with Accounts Receivable, Price Plan, Branch Accounting and Master Maintenance. The Clerk maintains a business relationship with all customers purchasing wise product, and answers any of the questions and concerns.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Accounting transaction/data entry, data verification, and records maintenance.
- General transaction recording and control/reconciliation of accounts.
- To verify that all accounts are records correctly in the dealer or chain accounts receivable.
- To maintain a dialog with dealers to answer their concerns on the invoicing they receive.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years of Data Entry Experience and Basic Knowledge of Accounting.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, and etc.
