Wise Staffing is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

We are looking to hire a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our business. This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Base salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
Estimated annual compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000! Commission is uncapped and paid weekly!
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Avionte)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
