Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experience and ambitious District Sales Manager to join our growing team!
The District Sales Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong B2B sales ability. The ideal candidate demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentalitity and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsbile and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships. Compensation Package:
- Base salary raging from $60,000 to $70,000
- Uncapped weekly commission from personal sales AND office gross profit
- Mileage reimbursement and cellphone allowance
Responsibilities:
- Lead each branch designated to your district by developing your team into valuable salespeople
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. for each branch in your district
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet monthly and weekly quotas, ensuring the growth of each branch in your district
Key Success Factors:
- Proven experience in business development, sales management, or relevant B2B sales field
- Market and industry knowledge from first-hand experience in staffing industry sales
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills
- Well-developed sales track record with visible revenue growth
- Strong experience with customer support and account management
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with contract negotiation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
