Multi-Site 3PL Manager Position Overview:
As a 3PL Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple units . You will ensure the efficient functioning of production, logistics, and quality control processes while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units.
- Oversee production and logistics/freight activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures.
- Promote and enforce 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor payroll by tracking hours worked and ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to upper management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production, logistics/freight, and quality control.
- Strong understanding of 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
