Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Order entry and order follow up in Oracle system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, emails, and live chat.
- Respond to customer queries in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creatively find innovative solutions to meet goals and take the company forward.
- Manage order lifecycle from receipt through shipment.
- Thoroughly and appropriately follow up on all orders, shipments and products.
- Ensure the shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates and tracking information.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
