Job Description
As a Regional KYC & Control Product Manager at Wise, you’ll drive the development and implementation of frictionless KYC and control solutions for the US and Canada. You will work cross-functionally with compliance, engineering, and regional teams. Your role will be to increase conversion during onboarding and verification while reducing risks and keeping regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the execution of KYC roadmap for the US and Canada.
Discover and test new solutions to identify customers and prevent fraud (such as fraud consortiums, and eKYC solutions)
Partner with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to improve user journeys and reduce friction.
Ensure fraud controls are working, tested and improved
Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and mitigate fincrime risks.
Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to ensure Wise stays compliant and up to speed with evolving KYC requirements.
Qualifications
- Product management experience.
Proven ability to deliver products into customer’s hands.
Ability to think fast, learn fast and take informed decisions
Strong analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have but not mandatory :
Domain expertise : experience with KYC or fintech.
