Job Description
We’re looking for a talented People Tools Specialist based in Austin, to join our growing People Technology Team. This role will be instrumental in helping us to manage and optimise our People Tools tech stack. This dynamic and varied role manages the performance and maintenance of our People systems whilst driving efficiencies around processes and solutions. We are looking for a systems specialist who is passionate about technology and data, providing great service and is able to think holistically across the People functions.
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. Keeping a customer-first mindset, you’ll be working closely with your People Technology Lead in building, designing, delivering and maintaining all People Systems across Wise.
Your mission :
- Partner with stakeholders in the area of POD and / or Rewards to implement solutions and maintain / support existing processes.
- Manage support queries from stakeholders via our ticketing system Jira.
- Support junior members of the team in solving tickets & queries.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilising People systems and technology.
- Provide support for HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritisation, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support model design.
- Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in the People team to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for People, candidates, employees, managers and business leaders.
- Review business processes to ensure system features are being fully utilised and identify tool features that may improve efficiency.
- Building basic and advanced custom reports and extracting data requests.
- Help, advise and train the People team on using People tools best practice.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems and investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
- Collect, document and maintain security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.
