Job Description
Your Mission :
We are looking for a Workplace Project Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of multiple workplace fit-out projects, ensuring meticulous project management, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and optimized resource allocation to achieve project objectives and corporate goals. You will ensure that all office spaces are delivered to high standards of quality, innovation, and best practices.
This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To :
Project Management :
- Establish and lead project teams comprising internal and external stakeholders, guiding multiple workplace projects through all phases from initiation to closure to deliver office spaces to a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budgets for projects, while applying innovation and industry best practices.
- Validate project needs against wants, ensuring internal customer expectations and project objectives are met.
- Be accountable for the design, construction, commissioning, and handover of our spaces, proactively overcoming hurdles throughout the process.
- Proactively manage project reporting and dashboards, including cash flow forecasting and status updates (project health, risks, issues, resourcing, and schedule).
