Property Maintenance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in industrial maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of tenants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Fabricate and repair equipment as necessary to maintain property functionality.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks or renovations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding property management and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and low voltage systems is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Property or Maintenance Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• West Los Angeles, CA 90025 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• West Los Angeles, CA 90025: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
