What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Project Manager - Cabinet MFG position at Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc.?
Job Purpose
Team member will manage projects from end to-end in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery of a quality and successful project. Organization and delivery of projects, with the assistance of Cabinet Manufacturing teams. Strong communication bridge between all departments, in order to execute and deliver a successful project.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of projects with a focus on engineering systems and software changes.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
- Document internal processes.
- Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
- Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
- Promptly assist with any support requests.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience preferred.
- Background in engineering and software preferred. AutoCAD, SQL, Construct, Cyncly 20/20.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Reliable & good time management skills
- Highly self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- The ability to set and maintain a high standard
- Understand the importance of a thorough project and thinking ahead before each required step.
- Requires a strong understanding of products, tools, and procedures
- Cabinet Experience 3 yr. minimum preferred
