What’s Your Mission?
As a Logistics Coordinator, your mission is to oversee the entire delivery system—shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics—to ensure our operations are efficient, cost-effective, and always meeting customer expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing (And Coordinating it Every Minute of It):
- Plan and schedule deliveries of materials and transport of products, keeping safety, cost, and schedules in mind.
- Monitor and forecast inbound and outbound transport, allocating resources to meet demand.
- Lead communication with vendors, suppliers, dispatch, and sales departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Handle claims for lost or damaged goods, swiftly obtaining replacements to minimize disruption.
- Analyze factors and choose the best delivery mechanisms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prevent delays by working closely with suppliers, managers, and internal teams to solve potential problems before they arise.
Qualifications & Required Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of logistics management experience with proven success in optimizing delivery and logistics operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong systems and data management skills for effective logistics tracking, reporting, and improvement.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours to meet business needs.
