Key Responsibilities
- Client Education & Consultation:
Engage with clients to explain the importance of estate planning and help determine the best package for their needs. - Document Preparation & Client Intake:
Utilize estate planning software to generate accurate documents based on client input and ensure all necessary details are captured before review by partner attorneys. - Client Mentorship:
Assist clients with intake forms, final documentization, and promptly address any questions throughout the process. - Trust Funding Guidance:
Support clients in coordinating asset transfers and ensure proper trust funding for a fully implemented estate plan. - Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, timely follow-ups, and addressing any concerns to keep the process on track. - Sales & Value Communication:
Confidently discuss the estate planning process with clients, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of completing their estate plans.
- 3 years of experience in estate planning or estate & elder law.
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Lawyer on Purpose, or Clio).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in addressing client objections and articulating the benefits of professional services.
- Base Pay: $20/hour, with performance-based increases up to $35/hour plus an incentive bonus.
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours based on appointments and client needs.
- Pay Periods: Bi-weekly (1st and 15th of each month).

- Maximum earning potential of up to $77/hour through trust sales, timely completion bonuses, and funding incentives. High-performing paralegals completing 10 trusts per week can earn over $2,700 per week.
- Beyond Traditional Paralegal Duties:
Mentor and consult with clients, guiding them through estate planning well beyond document preparation. - Sales & Relationship Building:
Play a crucial role in educating clients and driving the completion of their estate plans. - Tech-Driven & Fully Remote:
Leverage advanced estate planning software to enhance the client experience—all from the comfort of your home. - Collaborative Environment:
Work closely with attorneys and financial advisors to deliver comprehensive legal and financial guidance.
