Human Geographer - Mid-Level - TS / SCI
Location : Springfield, VA
Experience Level : Level 3, Middle (5-10 years)
Required Clearance : Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance

Role Description
We are presently identifying candidates for the following position : Human Geographer - Mid-Level . A Human Geographer (HG) applies an understanding of geography, research, GIS, data conflation, and management skills to produce a broad array of human geography products including attributed data, maps, and written reports. Production phases for HG projects and products may include research, discovery, evaluation, extraction, creation, geo-enabling, quality control / review, metadata attribution, source citation, service enabling and dissemination.
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Top-Secret / SCI security clearance at time of application and willingness to complete a CI poly upon request.
- Five to ten (5-10) years of relevant and specialized professional experience in human geography, geospatial analysis, pattern of life, regional / functional expertise, and / or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Bachelor's degree in Geography or another related field can substitute for 3 years of professional experience requirement; Master's degree in related field can account for 2 years of requirement.
