As we continue our growth globally, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our office in Schaumberg, Chicago.

The role our Talent Team play in WiseTech:

Our high-performing Talent Team play a vital role in hiring top-class talent on a global scale. As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals. You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.

To be a successful Talent Partner at WiseTech you will have:

• 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment
• Experience in an in-house recruitment environment
• Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates
• Experience identifying trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Detail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talent
• Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines
• Experience recruiting Product or Engineering is beneficial

The posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what WiseTech Global ("Company") could reasonably expect to pay for this position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes equity.
