We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to support our front-of-house team and help keep the dining room running smoothly during every shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently during service
- Deliver and refill water for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, banquettes, and surrounding areas
- Support servers with table maintenance and guest needs throughout the meal
- Keep side stations stocked and organized
- Perform opening and closing side work, including:
- Wiping down and setting tables
- Stocking necessary supplies
- Cleaning designated areas of the dining room
- Help mark tables for courses when needed (apps, entrées, desserts)
- Follow all sanitation standards and Department of Health guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the front- and back-of-house teams
- Participate in pre-service meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Report any damage or breakage immediately to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant or lounge preferred
- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment\
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive mindset
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
