What You’ll Do

As the Event Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting and executing exceptional events. Your role will encompass everything from developing client relationships and planning logistics to overseeing on-site coordination and ensuring seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Generating and managing leads to secure event bookings.
• Guiding clients through event options, pricing, and contract creation.
• Planning and coordinating events, from venue selection to catering and entertainment.
• Developing budgets and managing costs for efficient event execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure every detail is perfect.
• Overseeing event setup, logistics, and teardown while maintaining timelines.
• Cultivating relationships with local organizations, influencers, and brands to enhance events.
• Leveraging tools like TripleSeat and OpenTable to organize event details effectively.
• Managing promotional efforts, including social media, marketing collateral, and sponsorships.
  
  

Who You Are

You’re a results-driven, highly organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a knack for sales. You thrive under pressure and can juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellent communication with clients and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in event sales, planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in tools like TripleSeat, Microsoft Office, and Google Admin.
• Experience in nightlife-focused events is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 commission (2% of all events)
• $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement
• Comprehensive insurance with 90% employer coverage
