The Role
This hybrid position is split between two key responsibilities: (4) days per week as an active Floor Manager and (1) dedicated admin day per week focused solely on wine program management. This role requires a confident leader on the floor, as well as a wine professional with a strong grasp of cellar organization, inventory management, and staff education.

Key Responsibilities
As Floor Manager (4 Days/Week):
- Lead and manage the FOH team during service with a strong floor presence
- Ensure consistent execution of steps of service and brand standards
- Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and urgency
- Support with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and shift execution
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service coordination
- Train and coach team members, fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Oversee and maintain all wine-related inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organization
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain vendor relationships and work closely with leadership on product selection
- Educate staff through pre-shift tastings and wine training sessions
- Ensure wine service standards are met and upheld during service
- Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality supervisory/management experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Certified or working toward certification with a recognized wine program (WSET, CMS, etc.)
- Two-year associate degree (Hospitality, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred
- Completion of company manager training programs, PCI/DSS, Alcohol Awareness, Food Handling, and Gaming Registration (where applicable)
- Strong leadership, guest service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and hospitality technology
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Role may involve repetitive motion and exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
- Must be able to remain focused and effective in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
