As a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health Therapist, you will work in an outpatient setting with an average caseload of 12 clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
π Client Care & Treatment
βοΈ Develop personalized biopsychosocial treatment plans for new clients.
βοΈ Provide SUD and mental health assessments, counseling, and intervention services.
βοΈ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
βοΈ Develop service plans and conduct reviews throughout treatment.
π€ Coordination & Collaboration
βοΈ Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
βοΈ Coordinate with medical and psychiatric providers for comprehensive care.
βοΈ Ensure smooth discharge planning and follow-ups.
π Compliance & Documentation
βοΈ Maintain thorough documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
βοΈ Participate in annual cultural competency, diversity, and safety training.
π Community Engagement
βοΈ Represent WisHope at community events, trainings, and meetings.
βοΈ Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and partners.
π― Qualifications:
β Masterβs degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
β Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or working toward licensure preferred.
β Experience in addiction treatment and mental health care.
β Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
β Commitment to cultural competency and diversity in care.
