We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The goal of the Warehouse Associate at Wisk is to support daily warehouse operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all logistics and inventory tasks are performed to meet production and organizational needs. You will be part of the Supply Chain team, contributing to the development of our next-generation aircraft by ensuring seamless warehouse operations.
Due to the nature of the work required for this position, this is an onsite opportunity. You will be required to work from our Mountain View office.
As part of the Supply Chain team, you will act as a Warehouse Associate supporting warehouse and logistics operations for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market.
\n- Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking of materials in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform routine tasks such as preparing and packaging materials for shipment and inspecting incoming deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support cycle counting and basic inventory management processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use warehouse equipment and tools to handle materials and support daily operations efficiently.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while performing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (aerospace or automotive industry preferred).
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred).
- You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for operational excellence.
