Responsibilities
- Perform commercial HVAC maintenance, and repair, focusing on light commercial projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system components of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and provide support during complex installations or repairs.
- Comply with safety guidelines and regulations while working on HVAC systems to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document all service and maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used, for accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical information, recommendations, and explanations of HVAC system issues.
