Your New Role
As a Quality Assurance Representative , you’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice connecting with customers after the work is done. Your role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
What You’ll Do
Engage with Customers : Follow up within 30 minutes of job completion to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
Record Details : Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
Report Insights : Share key feedback with the Customer Service Manager to drive improvements.
Support the Team : Assist the Contact Center with scheduling and customer callbacks as needed.
